Nic Francis – Logistics Co-ordinator

Nic is responsible for the co-ordination and despatch of the several thousand urine sample kits sent to individuals each year. Her precise and systematic approach is vital to ensure an accurate and efficient process and high quality customer service.  Nic joined OHSS following a career break; spent with her two young children during their pre-school years.  Prior to that, Nic gained a BA honours degree at the University of Northampton in European Business with French. Her work experience includes sales management roles for Coca-Cola, Nestle and T-Mobile. Nic enjoys singing in a band, running for fitness and raising money for charity.
